Growing up in Utah you don’t have to go far to set foot on an amazing adventure! We have missed being away from the desert and were so glad to make it back. I missed the kids like crazy but it was so great to get out just the two of us and do something we love! I love this place!
If I see a frog or a lizard for that matter I am going to catch it and I’m pretty good at it too much to my husbands annoyance! 😉 I love these canyon tree frogs!
As we started our drive home we discovered these big horn sheep. As much as I wanted to I knew I wasn’t going to have the opportunity to photograph them because we were in a hurry to make it to an important family event. My husband pulled over and said, “Are you ready? You have to get some pictures!” I am so thankful for such an amazing husband who supports me in all of my passions!
I love capturing natural facial expressions. This kids smile cracks me up! I don’t ever want to forget that face. 🙂

Every year I look forward to our anniversary because it means a new adventure! As our 11th anniversary is soon approaching I am getting anxious to make new memories with my family, go somewhere we have never been and take a break from “real” life! I thought it would be fun to post a handful of shots from our 10th anniversary as I sit here and ponder how fast this past year has flown by. I am so thankful for my family and for the opportunities we have to enjoy life and make memories together.

This little gal was so excited to get baptized! One funny story kept her laughing the entire session. So fun!
